Pros

Ok pay, free products, relaxed environment

Cons

Poor mamagement, lack of communication, management not interested in staff development or wellbeing. The contact centre is the worst, managers are ignoring to what people want or need, they all seem busy but nothing is done for agents. The ok managers are put down by higher management if they speak up. Seems like the whole company is a fraud..

Pros

The highlights for me are the training, consistency, and teamwork. Managers are very clear about their expectations and give people access to all the resources they need to do their jobs well. Continuous improvement is encouraged, so if you stay focused, you’ll definitely be able to build new skills. Whenever challenges come up, I know my team is there to help me.

Manufacturing work is demanding, with strict requirements and deadlines.
