Pros

I have been here for just under 6 months. The company do appear to care about their staff. Things on offer include free products at work, various salary sacrifice schemes and a large number of perks including money off discounts. Yes, some tasks are repetitive, but please keep in mind this is a call center job dealing with customers. I have worked in and with a number of call centers and quite frankly, these jobs can be and often are repetitive. Lifeplus has more relaxed approach to targets then most call centers I have seen

Pros

The highlights for me are the training, consistency, and teamwork. Managers are very clear about their expectations and give people access to all the resources they need to do their jobs well. Continuous improvement is encouraged, so if you stay focused, you’ll definitely be able to build new skills. Whenever challenges come up, I know my team is there to help me.

Cons

Manufacturing work is demanding, with strict requirements and deadlines.
