Pros

The colleagues are nice. That's about the only good thing I can say.

Cons

- the hypocrisy: Management always says that everything is great, and everyone is happy, but in reality, it's awful, and you don't know if they are stupid and really believe that everything is fine, or if they think that their employees are stupid - unfairness: the precious associates get everything (cruises, gifts, healthcare), while the actual employees who do all the work, get nothing. You get no recognition, no thank you, and instead get punished when you are sick. - no paying sick days: On top of no pay, you get a disciplinary if you are sick "too often" In conclusion: I do not recoomend working here

Pros

The highlights for me are the training, consistency, and teamwork. Managers are very clear about their expectations and give people access to all the resources they need to do their jobs well. Continuous improvement is encouraged, so if you stay focused, you’ll definitely be able to build new skills. Whenever challenges come up, I know my team is there to help me.

Cons

Manufacturing work is demanding, with strict requirements and deadlines.
