- the hypocrisy: Management always says that everything is great, and everyone is happy, but in reality, it's awful, and you don't know if they are stupid and really believe that everything is fine, or if they think that their employees are stupid
- unfairness: the precious associates get everything (cruises, gifts, healthcare), while the actual employees who do all the work, get nothing. You get no recognition, no thank you, and instead get punished when you are sick.
- no paying sick days: On top of no pay, you get a disciplinary if you are sick "too often"
In conclusion: I do not recoomend working here
