Pros

At the start of the pandemic Lifeplus reacted quickly and provided all employees with technology for working from home. The office has since reopened and the facilities are Covid-secure.

Cons

Not all technological changes are rolled out smoothly.

Pros

The highlights for me are the training, consistency, and teamwork. Managers are very clear about their expectations and give people access to all the resources they need to do their jobs well. Continuous improvement is encouraged, so if you stay focused, you’ll definitely be able to build new skills. Whenever challenges come up, I know my team is there to help me.

Cons

Manufacturing work is demanding, with strict requirements and deadlines.
