Cons

Plenty of tech changes which are quite difficult to follow since we have been working remotely. Rushed to change systems - within the last 4 months we have had at least 1 new system a month.

Pros

The highlights for me are the training, consistency, and teamwork. Managers are very clear about their expectations and give people access to all the resources they need to do their jobs well. Continuous improvement is encouraged, so if you stay focused, you’ll definitely be able to build new skills. Whenever challenges come up, I know my team is there to help me.

Cons

Manufacturing work is demanding, with strict requirements and deadlines.
