Pros

Colleagues are friendly Three free monthly products

Cons

Currently in transformation period but management do not call this out and therefore do not make it clear to people, avoiding the subject. Salary is not reflective of the demand and stress within role. Targets are high and GDPR is a nightmare. The US calls the shots, they do not communicate nor are they transparent causing frustration and disengagement. Two buildings in St Neots which do not represent the LifePlus brand, not enough car parking, no cafe or canteen. The offices have been refurbished but are not fit for purpose as to small. Lack of accountability for managers, HR are the decision makers. Development is also minimal, career progression lacks unless you are liked. Systems are old and out dated, not working efficiently or tested vigorously before ‘go live’ meaning recruitment to hide the gaps. Well-being initiatives are few and far between, 30 mins of easy stretching in my lunch break lunch does not help overall wellbeing. Benefits are minimal and not promoted enough. Company does not like challenge or new ways of working.

Pros

Not yet another high-pressure environment, as I expected. Organized workflow and professional people. Reasonable expectations and room to work independently. Getting more confident in handling conversations with customers and more creative at solving problems.

Cons

I haven’t noticed any major issues.

Pros

Resolving different issues gave me satisfaction at work. It also increased my learning and helped me to do better every day.

Cons

In my opinion, the people at the top always decide the fate of the company and their reputation as an employer. They were the worst kind here. Most employees were drowning in work with poor support and no one to help them. The blame always lay with the leadership as they did little work and too long to make some decisions or give some approvals. It was a burden for already overworked employees who couldn't take things forward for hours or days without the approvals. Some managers were also awful. They offered zero support but were ready to criticize everyone. It was hard to deal with such toxic people. Even having conversation seemed like an endless battle. Please beware and avoid it if possible.
