Management for the contact centre was and is the worst aspect of this place. They take what could be a very simple and enjoyable job and make the office atmosphere extremely negative because of the office politics introduced into every decision that is made.
Management fails to take any responsibility for their actions and it is the CSA's that get the blame as a result. You are constantly walking on egg shells.
