Pros

Having kind and helpful colleagues always makes a huge difference, and I count myself incredibly lucky to work with such people. You'll also find good training opportunities here. Employees get excellent health benefits and free products. The team is engaged and motivated, which has a lot to do with the great company culture.

Cons

I don't see any real drawbacks. It's a friendly workplace with amazing people.

Pros

The highlights for me are the training, consistency, and teamwork. Managers are very clear about their expectations and give people access to all the resources they need to do their jobs well. Continuous improvement is encouraged, so if you stay focused, you’ll definitely be able to build new skills. Whenever challenges come up, I know my team is there to help me.

Manufacturing work is demanding, with strict requirements and deadlines.
