- the team is always willing to help, which makes handling customer concerns much easier - information is regularly updated, so I never feel unprepared when answering questions - management is approachable and actually listens when we suggest ways to improve things

Pros

The highlights for me are the training, consistency, and teamwork. Managers are very clear about their expectations and give people access to all the resources they need to do their jobs well. Continuous improvement is encouraged, so if you stay focused, you’ll definitely be able to build new skills. Whenever challenges come up, I know my team is there to help me.
