      Exposure to clients in large pharmaceutical companies

      Cons

      Projects are understaffed, which results in a lot of pressure on people and ridiculous hours. Management doesn't seem to care. I guess for them it's all about the company and money rather than the people. There are better companies that you should consider, which is what many here are doing, myself included!

      1. Amazing people 2. Approachable Sr. Management 3. Challenging opportunities with good support 4. Fun culture with international planning meetings and a fantastic annual Xmas party

      Work may get really busy and stressful at times, but the company actively tries to manage this.
