Strange people working in aquatics department. - Aquatics Supervisor Lifetime Employee Review

People in the aquatics department are very hands on. Obsessed with doing things the "lifetime way." Overstaff in the pool department and kids swim lessons are taught in a very over the top exaggerated way. If you don't want to take strict orders and relearn to lifeguard, supervise, or teach swim lessons stay away. Employees instructing me rubbed me the wrong way.
