      Support from the Managers and peers always someone to discuss difficulties with, Good pay rate and bonus system in place time for CPD and much more.

      Cons

      Sometimes targets are demanding and have too many emails for the same information time after time.

      - Compensation in line with other training providers - Senior Management understand the demands of the trainer role - Team management very supportive and strong sense of team

      - Zero work life balance - Poor benefits (e.g. no additional maternity pay) - Definite favouritism in some teams
