Had a 30 minute telephone interview about a week after my application, followed by a Teams interview a week later that lasted approx 1hour 20minutes. Was told I would hear an outcome at the end of the week and never heard a word

I just wanted to follow up on my previous response and let you know that I have spoken to the manager for this vacancy and they explained that they did attempt to contact all interviewees following interviews but struggled to connect back with one of them and had to leave messages instead encouraging the candidate to come back to them for feedback and outcome. Perhaps this was you. If so, our apologies that this did not create a positive experience for you and we have all looked at actions we can take in the future to mitigate the risk of this happening again.

Interview
Interview was done via Microsoft Teams by two members of the Compliance Team of which one was the manager. Standard Interview questions, not particularly difficult. They were friendly and made me feel at ease, especially since this was my first ever interview.

I shadowed a colleague out in the field, before an online micro teach. Lastly I had a face to face interview with two seniors, where they asked some situational based questions, my knowledge of the company and some classic interview questions.
