Thanks for your feedback. I am sorry to hear that you did not feel that the role offered you a suitable work/life balance. I would agree that the role can sometimes take you outside of the '9 to 5' but with our approach to hybrid working and our drive to have our Coaches manage their own scheduling, our goal is for individuals to flex their working pattern to accommodate. learners, employer partners and personal lives.
