      Pros

      LifeWave is a very dynamic, fast-growing company with an exciting product line and a lot of very enthusiastic people working across many different global markets to drive that growth.

      Cons

      Over the 3.5 years I was there, we had two presidents, two CMOs, and I personally had six bosses. I think this was due in part to its meteoric growth, but of course, these changes had their challenges.

      Pros

      Being the industry leader in growth over the past few years means a lot of change. Thankfully toxic management has moved away for the most part. Health benefits are best of the best usually only 10$ copay for most visits.

      Cons

      Pay is below market for specialists, trainers and some management positions. Paternity and Maternity is low with only 1-4 weeks off.
