Pros
I have a great experience working for Linamar largely due to the relationship I had with my manager. They gave me a lot of autonomy in my job and I was able to own many of my tasks independently which really allowed me to be successful.
Cons
The career advancement opportunities were few and far between especially in the human resource team. The main reason for my departure from this company was to move to a different industry that would allow for more competitive compensation and technological advancement. The HRIS system used was obsolete and in need of upgrade or replacement.
