Pros
Opportunity to get bonus, based on piece work. hardly ever anyone gets laid off, they have 23 plants just in guelph so they just transfer you over. good benefits and very helpful schooling courses provided by the company to learn and advance.
Cons
Management from plant to plant matters and thus some plants really value your work and knowledge and try to advance you furthur. but in some plants they would rather have you stay where you are just because you do good there and hire a new person at a higher needed vacancy.
