      Pros

      If they like you they will work with you to help you grow with the company. There's a lot of great people working there.

      Cons

      Expectation of working long hours, stress is extremely high. Pay isn't high enough to compensate for the stress and long hours. Benefits were okay but not the best, only 80% dental. Vacation was okay but it took 5 years to get it to 3 weeks and they don't negotiate that well over it.

      It was good experience in the IT department, everyone was great and helpful

      no benefits but only because you’re not a full time employee which makes sense
