Pros
Lots of opportunities to learn new things, they let you to get involved as much as you want. There are more than 20 plant in the city like a family and you can send an email and always find someone who help you and you use their experience. there is opportunity to go to higher positions, most of the managers started from being a machine operator.
Cons
very low salary, comparing with similar companies. lots of tasks and pressure on each person. lots of people come, learn, and leave and go to other companies with higher salary. not very organized.
