      Pros

      The benefits start after you complete 90 days of your probation period. They pay you well Gain working knowledge of various machine setups and trouble shooting.

      Cons

      A messy workplace. Probably have to take a shower after work. You need to know your job pretty well and always be on time. You could be fired randomly.

      no benefits but only because you’re not a full time employee which makes sense
