      Pros

      Most people in the local facility easy to work and get along with.

      Cons

      Linamar purchased Mobex Global facilities to either close them down or bring in their own people while firing good managers just so they can save money. Corporate HR and Quality leadership are worthless and just cause trouble.

      It was good experience in the IT department, everyone was great and helpful

      no benefits but only because you’re not a full time employee which makes sense
