      Good compensation for minimal work

      Cons

      Horrible, rigid management. Feels like walking on eggshells. Everyone pretends to be busy. Extra work, intelligence and initiative are punished by older employees that feel threatened.

      Pros

      Scheduling is great for day shift schedules.

      Cons

      Can't use just one hour of PTO. Have to use 4 hours at a time. Raises are far a few between and in order to move up, you have to be friends with that group of people.
