      Pros

      Department I worked in was good. Learned a lot of things and how to think outside the box. Great company benefits.

      Cons

      On the job training. Hard to move ahead without a degree. Communication is weak spot in department and between departments. Policies are not always black and white.

      Highly structured and organized. Management actually will to address safety concerns and financially back projects and initiatives.
