      Pros

      The flexibility and compressed work week are great perks of working at Linde.

      Cons

      The constant change is a bit unsettling. We have gone through a few internal reorganizations but the Praxair merger is sure to make additional changes.

      Highly structured and organized. Management actually will to address safety concerns and financially back projects and initiatives.
