      Cons

      Oppressive environment, no real leadership and lack of direction. Global Employee Survey is mere lip service and a disgrace.

      Highly structured and organized. Management actually will to address safety concerns and financially back projects and initiatives.

      None come to mind. I left due to personal reasons.
