      Sink or Swim was the catch phrase when you started. They had a lot of pot lucks and meetings.

      They do not care about there employees at all. No one talks to you and God forbid you have a question,no one has time. But they didn't train you so,thers that

      Highly structured and organized. Management actually will to address safety concerns and financially back projects and initiatives.
