      Pros

      If you are a hard worker and committed, you definitely get noticed. Its a fun environment.

      Cons

      Mostly promotions happen based on how well you polish your boss. Specially in Regional Finance team. too much focus on PPT presentations Very few really SMART people in TOP management. Systems are terribly outdated. Still using windows 2003. Even business systems are very poor in data quality.

      Highly structured and organized. Management actually will to address safety concerns and financially back projects and initiatives.

      None come to mind. I left due to personal reasons.
