      Pros

      Exposure to multiple industries due to having customer from many different sectors. Empowering employees, allowing them the opportunity to shine. Numerous learning opportunity. Friendly, team oriented working environment.

      Cons

      Red tape is typical of many large companies. In the midst of flat/ downturn. Pressure to increase profit is tremendous and can be felt throughout the company. Bonus tied to targets, and target can be unrealistic at times. Long and unpredictable working hours.

      Highly structured and organized. Management actually will to address safety concerns and financially back projects and initiatives.
