Pros
Linde has a great training program in place, developing the overall skills. Opportunities to travel to HQ in Munich and work with the German couterparts. The workflow and the systems are excellent. Vadodara is a calm and serene city.
Cons
Despite the great start, i experienced sluggish progress after a while. Limited opportunities to work on big, critical machines. They are mostly done in Munich. Though this is improving now. Although it's an MNC, every now n then, this "desi" company feeling creeps in, majorly because of the people around. It has 65-70% natives. No diversity watsoever. However, this is also improving. The admin department and facility management department are rated above the engineers. Sometimes, we feel we are working for them!!!
