      Pros

      Company is so old school, benefits like pension and severance pay are still lying around.

      Cons

      If you're not an engineer (and even if you are), literal hell on earth. Operates like a business made of bubble gum ans cardboard. Only people who enjoy working here are the type of people who enjoy root canals. Every step of getting anything business-oriented done is monumentally painful.

      Highly structured and organized. Management actually will to address safety concerns and financially back projects and initiatives.

      None come to mind. I left due to personal reasons.
