      Less work, Job is secure for some extent.

      Cons

      Nothing to learn. No motivation. HR dept. doesn't exist. Senior management is not good. No good Increment or Promotions.

      Pros

      Highly structured and organized. Management actually will to address safety concerns and financially back projects and initiatives.

      Cons

      None come to mind. I left due to personal reasons.
