      Pros

      You will gain knowledge of how the employees should not be treated.

      Cons

      Toxic culture. HR have the "We do not want to be bothered" attitude. This company really does not care about the employees. THEY HAVE ZERO INTEGRITY. The VP is allowed to hire friends who are not qualified to do the job and lack experience. It is a shame - NuCO2 was a great company to work for before Praxair took over and it will never be the same. The employees are dropping like flies and no one seems to care.

      Highly structured and organized. Management actually will to address safety concerns and financially back projects and initiatives.

      Cons

      None come to mind. I left due to personal reasons.
