      Pros

      The had a pretty fair pay structure lots of work to be done opportunity for promotions I had a nice manager and good coworkers

      Cons

      There are a lot of hours that you are required to work a lot of overtime an on call and there are very few bonuses you will work odd hours and all kinds of weather and you do a lot of paperwork

      Highly structured and organized. Management actually will to address safety concerns and financially back projects and initiatives.

      None come to mind. I left due to personal reasons.
