Pros
I have been with Linde 2.5 months and it has been a great beginning. I felt immediately welcomed by my team and the other leaders I've been working with. I'm clear about my goals and the work I'm doing is interesting and impactful. My manager provides me with the space to get the job done while being available for support. The culture is open and friendly with a focus on development and continuous improvement. All good so far.
Cons
Getting acclimated to using the various systems has been the only challenging part of my new employee experience. People are willing to help, it just takes time.
