      For learning process, is one of complex ASU process and semi automated controll, will enhance skills more rapidly

      Cons

      Sometimes management asking/demanding too much and seeing employee not as an asset but just a resource

      Highly structured and organized. Management actually will to address safety concerns and financially back projects and initiatives.

      Cons

      None come to mind. I left due to personal reasons.
