Cons

I would not recommend Linde (Lincare) to anyone. They do not believe in training. They think it is better just to throw new CSR's to the wolves. And they wonder why a person doesn't know how to do the job. Duh. All it would take would be training like they said they used to do and you would keep new employees!

Pros

Highly structured and organized. Management actually will to address safety concerns and financially back projects and initiatives.

Cons

None come to mind. I left due to personal reasons.
