      Decent pay, company has pension plan

      Cons

      Leadership contradicts itself constantly. Messaging NEVER matches actions. No accountability for those in the leadership level that do not perform. Company merged >5 years ago, but constant internal fighting over who is better rather than trying to align their business practices efficiently.

      Pros

      Highly structured and organized. Management actually will to address safety concerns and financially back projects and initiatives.

      Cons

      None come to mind. I left due to personal reasons.
