Pros

Good pay, nice coworkers that work and support as a team. Monday through Friday fixed.

Cons

They have way too high expectations when not enough training has been provided. Superiors haven’t been trained in the matter either so you can’t rely on them when customers call with difficult questions. Neither procedures or work expectations are clear. Inconsistent decisions. You’ll be working every holiday; including thanksgiving and they’re still not clear if we’re working or not on Christmas and New Year’s.
