Pros

Coworkers work hard and are friendly. Remote work and somewhat flexible hours. Pay is decent. Quarterly self-development budget Pet insurance (doesn't cover all pets) Health insurance

Cons

Timed work with productivity tracker---makes many activities more difficult since you have to remember to wiggle your mouse. Plus, activities such as doing research and reading for research reduce productivity. You will get an unkind message if you drop below the required hours or productivity. They have poor employee retention and turnover. The CEO is unethical and values profits over anything else. Not only do they use a lot of black hat methods, but he will fire people that put in notice or don't do exactly what he says. He could also change his mind at the drop of a hat and switch directions that affect the whole company. This can be very stressful. It's hard to get resources like software you need to do your job. They often hire subpar contractors (since they don't want to pay well) that struggle to follow directives, making full-time employees' jobs harder. There's a weird dynamic between him and his spouse work-wise. Unlimited paid time off is an illusion since you can't keep up with your workload and take time off easily. The company structure is confusing since it's multiple companies within one.

Pros

The teamwork and collaboration at LinkGraph have been a cornerstone of my experience. The company truly values team interaction, and it's evident in the way we work together seamlessly. Whether it's brainstorming sessions, project discussions, or just day-to-day interactions, the camaraderie and mutual support make every workday feel like a collective effort towards success.

Cons

The lack of in-person interaction and face-to-face connection can sometimes make it challenging to build personal relationships with coworkers or have casual discussions.

Pros

There is no pros honestly

Cons

Leadership has no real experience or professionalism, and that filters down through the entire organization. AI is used as a crutch for the most basic tasks, which says a lot about the skill level being hired for. The cheapest available candidates are brought on, and it shows communication breakdowns are constant. There is no company culture to speak of, largely because employee churn is so rapid that no one gets a chance to know each other. Task distribution makes no sense given team size, leaving people overworked with no clear path forward. On top of all that, expect heavy micromanagement and zero meaningful career development. This is not a place where you grow it's a place where you burn out. Advice to management: Invest in real talent, build actual processes, and let your people managers lead with competence before expecting results.
