      Pros

      You learn a trait, if you are a busy body they will keep you active.

      Cons

      You are not paid well to be a tech and fix things. Instead the real money is just from being a salesman. I tech can sell his heart out and never really fix anything and they will be treated way better than someone who is there to fix things.
