Pros
Some of the other teams seemed nice and fun to work with based on my limited interactions in the office. I assume your experience depends a lot on the team you're on and the manager you're working under.
Cons
One of the most bizarre, unhinged, overly "woke" companies I've ever worked for, who couldn't be LESS focused on what really matters and has zero plan for staying afloat. Company is failing miserably and bleeding money and the tenseness trickles down. No work/life boundaries because you're expected to be available in both PST and AEDT. Lack of onboarding/training, micromanaging, rampant favoritism/cliques, managerial structure makes no sense, unprofessional comms, office politics, unrealistic expectations, lack of support, indirect/unclear feedback (aka gossip), dishonesty from ELT, with a little sexism sprinkled in. "Rules for thee, not for me" is the theme from ELT and self-important upper level management.
