Pros

Some of the other teams seemed nice and fun to work with based on my limited interactions in the office. I assume your experience depends a lot on the team you're on and the manager you're working under.

Cons

One of the most bizarre, unhinged, overly "woke" companies I've ever worked for, who couldn't be LESS focused on what really matters and has zero plan for staying afloat. Company is failing miserably and bleeding money and the tenseness trickles down. No work/life boundaries because you're expected to be available in both PST and AEDT. Lack of onboarding/training, micromanaging, rampant favoritism/cliques, managerial structure makes no sense, unprofessional comms, office politics, unrealistic expectations, lack of support, indirect/unclear feedback (aka gossip), dishonesty from ELT, with a little sexism sprinkled in. "Rules for thee, not for me" is the theme from ELT and self-important upper level management.

Pros

The salary was slightly above market and the benefits were respectable.

Cons

I found the company poorly run on all levels and I honestly didn't have one conversation with a coworker where they authentically expressed a positive sentiment about their employee experience. I validate any negative comments I've read on here (or out there). I don't recommend taking a role here.

Pros

Don't work here. Overworked. Discrimination. Pretends to be FAANG. Insane amount of turnover, most employees barely stay 6 months.

Cons

First off: 1. CTO and other ELT clearly make it known where they stand. Discrimination, Racism and more. You have to be a certain group to succeed. CTO has the ability to talk about things on Oct 7th, and April 13th but refuses to say anything about the reality of the situation and how tragic it truly is for anyone not in the occupation. Its reflected in work here, the only promotions are power are given to the ones that look like them. They discovered they can be lean and make people work 8-7 daily. No work life balance anymore. No team. Just the constant threat of layoffs. I cannot wait to leave. Linktree isnt revolutionary, its just a platform to consolidate links. Treat it as it is, stop having 5 CPOs in one year.
