Pros
Most of the other pros people have listed are correct. The company pays well and has a great mission. It is awesome to be able to come to work every day and help people. I get to work on interesting problems almost every day and it's a good place to learn.
Cons
It is insane how many reviews here say things like "no cons but there are some growing pains." Let's be serious. The CEO prefers to act like a child than a leader, and we've all heard him yell at people for making mistakes or not doing their work how he thought it should be. We have lost so many good people because managers won't take the time or energy to actually address problems, and then when those people leave no one even acknowledges it. They are too concerned with making sure no one says anything negative in Slack so that all the remote people don't get the impression that the company has any problems at all. Well.... I hate to say it but there ARE problems. We already know. It's not just "growing pains" it's managers refusing to listen to people. It's leaders surrounding themselves with people who won't have hard conversations with them. It's a culture of short term fixes and total lack of planning and zero accountability and this idea that we don't have time to do things the right way because we HAVE to get this project done. What's sad is that most of it comes down to the egos of leadership. Okay sure the company is growing. Some problems are hard to fix and not everything is going to be perfect, that's fine. No one is saying you should do everything 100% perfect every time on the first try. But don't act like this stuff can't or shouldn't be addressed just because you thinnk talking about it would make the company look bad.
