Pros

Great people and great work environment! The company is putting more focus on IT, which is great. The new IT guy is super knowledgeable, and the new HR person is super helpful!

Cons

The company is growing fast, and we need to continue to work to keep up with that growth. We need to continue to work to increase our on-site technology. Additionally, succession planning needs to be a big focus.

Pros

Cons

- Management destroys employee morale and motivation. Low pay raises, rewards, and bonuses. - Poor working environment due to poor personnel management, Inequality among coworkers, managers are not helping to resolve personnel issues fairly. - Lots of managers show favoritism toward to their favorite workers and some managers lie to suppress the truth to cover their favorites. - Assign or promote inappropriate people for inappropriate positions due to the favoritism. - HR Dep. does not step into personnel issues to resolve issues for employees. - Lack of experienced staffs in HR Department. This company did not have HR Dep.in this location for many years and they recently selected a person internally for the HR position. - Management offers jobs to employees' family, friends, and extended relatives. This kind of practice often causes conflicts and favoritism. - Anybody below management takes only 30 min lunch break, and people with managerial title get 1 hour lunch break. - Lots of good employees got fired due to the favoritism/personnel issues. - Lots of good employees left the company voluntarily due to the poor personnel management, low pay raises, and lack of opportunity of development.
