      Pros

      Great people and great work environment! The company is putting more focus on IT, which is great. The new IT guy is super knowledgeable, and the new HR person is super helpful!

      Cons

      The company is growing fast, and we need to continue to work to keep up with that growth. We need to continue to work to increase our on-site technology. Additionally, succession planning needs to be a big focus.

      Pay is ok but other companies have quickly overtaken their advantage Insurance is fairly decent Holidays off As of this writing 10 hrs work week depending on department

      Not many encouraging voices throughout Typical employee voices aren't taken into account for anything Bosses typically don't take ownership and ****rolls downhill.
