Pros

From my experience employees and interns were treated well.

Cons

Some of the executive assistants were more like like personal assistants, but that's how it is in the industry.

Pros

I liked some of the people. Maybe like 2.

Cons

The main con of working at Lionsgate is that it is the most embarrassing company in the history of entertainment. They did an FYC for The Hunting Wives. Please tell me a single category that show would be nominated for. They are 5 years away from becoming a flat out right wing propaganda machine. Whenever I see a cancelled celebrity making their big comeback I take a wild guess at what studio is behind it. And I've been right every time. It feels good to no longer work at the company that values "talent" like James Franco and Mel Gibson. Embarrassing. I'm sure those FAST channels are going to keep you afloat! Or you can keep making movies about certain musicians that abruptly end in 1988! Embarrassing. Other cons include they don't pay you a living wage. They're incredibly petty and pathetic. They don't communicate well at all. They're misogynists. Everyone there is miserable except for maybe 5 people that make any money. Look at the stock. Abysmal. Zero pride ever working in that embarrassing building. They will not promote you.
