Pros

Remote work, flexible schedule, except when we're called for a Zoom meeting. The convenience of having a flexible schedule, eating on your desk while working, taking breaks anytime.

Cons

Policies and procedures were unclear, yet management expects one hundred percent compliance. Zoom meetings were a waste of time. Instead of being productive, we all just listen to sermons! Everyone's expected to go beyond and wear different hats at the same time. Multitasking is a must, and that is extremely stressful! The long hours were brutal! Even when we work from home, I feel extremely exhausted. After some time, you realize that what you're doing isn't what you signed up for and instantly regret accepting the job!

Pros

Literati genuinely lives its values and mission - igniting a love of learning and life in children isn't just corporate speak, it informs how people work. Strong leadership that invests in your growth; I was promoted multiple times and had/have a manager who truly believed in my potential and supported me. The culture is people-first and supportive. You can bring concerns to management and they listen, explain the reasoning, and help you understand the bigger picture. Remote flexibility is real. It's a creative environment where you feel connected to something meaningful.

Cons

The company is in constant growth and evolution mode, which means priorities can shift. You might invest energy into something, then pivot because the focus has moved elsewhere. It requires flexibility and comfort with change, but if you're looking for stability and predictability, that can be challenging.
