Pros
- I love the work as I get to work across many different clients & tools which means the work is never stale and I continue to grow. This also helps me retain talent on my team.
- The culture is excellent, which wasn't always the case. Over the last 2 years, there has been executive leadership changes and with this new group came a FANTASTIC new culture. The transparency and communication has greatly improved and there is a real sense of team unity now.
- There is always opportunity to grow your career. I have seen many employees get promoted multiple times and carve out new roles for themselves. If you are a hard worker, you will be rewarded.
- Unlimited time off, within reason of course.
- Flexibility for remote work even prior to covid.
