    I worked at LiveArea full-time

    Pros

    Beautiful work for top brands
    Fantastic creative and UX teams
    Collaborative environment
    Good management on agency side
    Great snacks and work outings

    Cons

Acquisition caused many great people to leave - the company that acquired knows nothing about the creative process and less about agile development - they are layers and layers of process and old school thinking.

    Advice to Management

Lead with creative and the rest will follow.
