Pros
Good co-workers. Most people are very willing to explain things and get stuff done even if it falls outside their purview. The technology is great and doesn't have any direct competitors at the moment.
Cons
Remote offices are sometimes an after thought to the HQ. There were several re-orgs in the same year which affected morale.
